You must have one heck of a big lawn to use that size tractor to mow it. Around here those are used to cut hay fields. If you are wanting turf tires then just buy tires that are commonly availible and the rims to match. The smaller wheels will cause a speed reduction but if you need to know what your approximate speed is then your dealer can get you a different groundspeed/gear decal made for the smaller tire size. Check with them ahead of buying the tires and find out what groundspeed charts are availible.
