T-Bone You need to give it back to the Dealer.
I have used rotary cutters so light and Cheap they called them grass cutters. None ever vibrated. They will if you damage them as will any of the brands but definitely should not vibrate when new. From what I read, yours vibrated from the git-go. GIVE IT BACK.
OK to get another Bush Hog brand as they are as good as any and better that a lot of others.
