Does it get a lot worse with weight on the 3 point? I'll bet you the controler inside the rearend has gone bad. I've seen this before on 06 series of tractors. Last controler i saw was about $350.00 and that was a long time ago.
You can replace it with out splitting the tractor, but i couldn't tell you how on here. Call Peter at 231-924-3420, they have put a few of the valves in, includeing one for me.
