Ford 1210 hydraulics problem

Since I have a few antique tractors around, a
neighbor brought me a little Ford 1210 that their
baseball team uses to maintain the field and
asked for my help. The hydraulics are acting up.
The 3pt works fine. It holds position and
rapidly moves to wherever it is set. However the
front bucket moves very slowly and after a few
minutes, not at all. The loader will lift from
the ground, but then won't go either up or down.

Any opinion on where to start? I am not an
expert on hydraulics.
