It is located on the right side of the clutch housing where you access the flywheel to find the timing marks. The unit is in the cover plate and requires a 7/16" wrench to remove 2 - 1/4" bolts. You may have to remove the lower flood-light assembly. The end of the sender may be covered with oil or may simply be bad. You can also adjust the unit in or out. Good luck!
