2000 model B2910 4wd. had it 3 weeks. Runs great, starts fine when cold. AFter shutting off, it usually will not start. turn key and nothing. Previous owner had the clutch switch replaced - and thought that did it. Tried jumping to see if it might be the battery, but nothing. Also, when I put the cables on, and touched the neds together, it did not spark. did it again later, and it did???
Kept pressing in clutch and back and forth on the fwd/rev pedals, and it starts. may just be coincidence though - at times I do nothing and eventually it starts. Thinking it might be the fwd/rev switch?
One more thing - I turned the hazard lights on and the right blinker stayed on, even with the tractor off. Had to unplug the light, then the dash light stayed on. Had to disconnect the batt. next day it was fine. Could this be the switch?
