They have an excellent reputation for reliability. The new line with the digital dashboards are really slick and very well priced. Kubota has a great financing package available now for about another 8 weeks. I'd be buying one myself, except the wife and I are building a new house, so no money soon for new tractors. I'd recommend Kubota without reservation.
