Sounds like disc is rusted to pressure plate, if it uses the same type of setup used in a 6080. Was this thing stored in a damp enviroment? You may need to hook pto to some thing that takes a lot of hp to drive, engage the whole works (which doesn't sound like its hard to do) and try to increase the load on it with the clutch control in the released position. Hopefully it may start to slip, or better yet let go completely breaking the rust between disc and plate. Good luck, keep us posted.
