I did as you suggest the other day. I hooked up the brush hog and got into some pretty deep grass with the main pto engaged and the clutch in the release position, and the pto would come to a stop. However when using a spinner spreader or something light as soon as you engage the main pto control your pto is moving in direct relation to the speed of the engine.It could be it will work its way out- could be some rust- or it may be something I'll have to live with. Thank you for the help.
