Re: Lift on Kubota tractor not workingPosted by John L. on June 15, 2003 at 23:25:41 from (206.50.48.81): In Reply to: Lift on Kubota tractor not working posted by Tad Angell on April 27, 2003 at 16:26:53: Tad, I had a similiar problem with my L245 and finally found it to be Control Valve problem, its parts number was probably: 37150-36400, and cost $293.47 plus $49.50 labor to install plus some fluid. They found a little piece of metal in a spiral shape (below the filter) that had damaged the control valve. They figured the metal had been there since its manufacture since it looked like a spiral that would have been turned off by a lathe and had not been cleaned properly. Didn't sound logical, however my tractor works properly again as before. I don't know what caused it to malfunction to begin with. It just suddenly happened with out any known cause. It now works as before so I guess that fixed it. Hope this helps.
