Looking at buying a CASEIH 4230

1997, 1760 hrs, MFWD, CAB heat&Air, Loader (bucket&hay spike), 540&1000 PTO

4 things wrong with it:
Owner punctured fuel tank, and after he fixed it if you let the tractor sit for more than a couple of days you have to prime it or use starter fluid to get it to start. Also, if the tractor sets for more than a couple of days you have to bleed the brakes. Clutch needs adjusting, and appears to have a seal leaking around Front MFWD axle.

He's asking $25,000 good deal or not?
