hey there

got a model name?........there were so many variations on one skid unit dating back to the late 80's....there was differences in specs and features.........

in that hp bracket is the dolorado and explorer, explorer top, and explorer stockman (depends on where in the world you live)

anyway

does it have a 12x12 or 30x30 or 40x40 ( i think that was only avail on MFWD models)

air cooled?......common to use oil in hot extreme conditions, not enough to be alarming......

great engine, you can watch the temp gauge change when the wind changes direction....the engine is a lil louder.......due to the lack of the water jacket, and they are a lil higher reving (2500rpm)

they are strong engines, the electronic excelerator is a nice feature, takes a bit of getting used too. ......

keep the fine clean, and the oil changed and do not abuse the service intervals!

here is a link to my SAME page
