What compact to buy?

Hi -

I'm looking for a less expensive compact to spread about 300 yds of fill and dirt. Some minor lifting of rocks and maybe a small stump or two. My ideal tractor could also have a 6' belly mower, then I could spend more time with the kid. :) Would you have something that could serve my needs? Any other suggestions would be appreciated, my budget is not that great. I'd really like to stay below 5000, I know that will be very difficult especially with loader and belly mower, so lets call the price definetly below 8000. The lower the price the more chance I have of keeping the tractor after the job is done :)

I am located in Rhode Island, if anyone has any local suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

Rob
