If I remember correctly the rotary pump has a small bleed screw which must be loosened to get the air out of the injection pump itself. I thing either an 8mm or 10mm is the correct wrench size. Otherwise the primer pump is located on the filterhead. Be sure the primer is in working condition, otherwise you'll be pumping your arm off for nothing.
