I'm not familiar with the other brands, but a JD 4600 (43 hp) new with belly mower and loader, is gonna run you into the $25,000 range. You could probably rent a backhoe for the weekend for about $500. Get your job done, and then buy you a small used tractor with belly mower for what you are looking to spend.
