I purchased a new 7800 Gehl in the end of 2001. The tractor has never completed one job without a breakdown. I never got caught up with my tractor work, but now my business has dwindled to nothing. This tractor ruined my business due to the fact that it was always breaking down on the job and never made production. Neither the dealer Don Allison nor the Gehl Company took responsibility for rectifying this situaion. On one occasion they implied to me that the tractor would be replaced. And after another year had passed the Gehl Company told me I would have my $ refunded. At the last minute, the dealer refused to cooperate. I am currently looking for any help. Is anyone out there having similar problems? I have never had dealings with a company or a dealership with absolutely no regard for the well being of their customer once they were paid for the tractor. Any input would be appreciated.
