I bought a new Agco Allis FWA tractor a couple years ago. I didn't like looking through the muffler either. Agco sells a horzional kit for my tractor. The problem is, i ordered my tractor with over size tires, and i all so installed an ALO loader on it. The stock kit wouldn't work, so i make my own.
First i turned my exaust manifold up side down, and bolted it back on. A lot of them will bolt on either way. I then took 1/4" plate and layed the exaust pipe gasket on it. I used the gasket as a template to cut a piece i could bolt on where the stock pipe was. I then went to my muffler man, and had him cut a 4" long piece of pipe the size i needed, and he weld it in place, angleing it the way it needed to go. I bought flex pipe at NAPA to go down the side, and under the tractor, where i had bolted the stock muffler in place. I painted it with high heat black, so it wasn't so obvious. The flex pipe is holding up fine.
I learned a long time ago, that if you put too many bends in a tractor exaust pipe the tractor will run hot, so turn your manifold around! Every time a bender is used, it changes the diameter of the pipe too!!!
