I'm sure there's not going to be a set pressure your looking for as the temperature of the day you happen to be working on it makes the fully charged pressure vary, a pretty good rule of thumb is twice the temperature of the day plus 50 for a high side reading, 90 degree day 90+90=180+50=230 for a high side reading, but it is better if you have a sight glass somewhere in the system (usually on the drier) you can look and see when the bubbles goes away in it then you know it's fully charged.
