Check page three of this fourm. Similar problem with a 3155 a couple months back. I'm not familiar with Deere in great detail, but it puzzles me. Have you isolated the flow from the charge pump? Or pulled it out and visually looked at it? How about testing at the SCV's? Are you getting rated system pressure at specified flow, or just the flow? Could have flow and no pressure, if you're just using a flow gauge with no flow control to build pressure. I think Gary has you started on the right track. If you can isolate flow from the charge pump, and know where it is going, follow it until things fall from spec. What about the main pump rebuild? Professionally done....or not. Lots of people have learned the hard way that we didn't do it quite right the first time, including me. You're not overlooking something simple, are you? Been there, done that too. Just my thoughts. disreguard where necessary.
