have you checked the transmission screen...it is on suction of transmission pump..you will have a flat plug to pull with 1/2 sq hole in it..it has a screen about 1" in dia and about 10 inches long..you will need something to catch all the fluid, i use a clean tub and use a paint filter to pour my fluid back through..if stopped up you need to find what did it and it is usually the brakes coming apart..yes there is a steel line on down side of pto and hi lo that will crack and brake off..if was broke off the loader would not work at all or 3 point lift even steering ...if you have not checked pump screen check this first...you should sign up for jd parts online and you can see the parts inside trans ...have nice day may god bless
