the pressure readings of the gauges, are means to troubleshoot or check system and they vary consideably with temperature and humidty. they can sometimes indicate regrigerant level (especially no or very low) but refilling is best done by wheight, and adding by using the sight glass.
i don't remember the refrigerant quantity in 6200 but it shuld be less the 2 lbs.
if your system was empty and had air in it- that accounts for the bubbles in the sight glass (that were eliminated after vacuum).
when adding, as soon as the sight glass is clear of bubbles, the system is operational. another quqntity (look at the tm) should be added as spare contained in the drier.
