First let me tell you that imho there is no such thing a s a stupid question as long as you are trying to learn. You didn't hurt anything by overfilling the oil since you didn't start the engine (except your wallet).Just drain everything out and refill correctly.I don't know anything about locations of Kubota drains but as many as are out there you should hear from someone on this forum.
