what is absolutely amazing to me is how can a large company like new holland buy out ford and then promply screw up the parts numbers. i guess it's these &*((&&&%%&^*)_)^%#$% computers. to err is human, but to really screw up takes a computer and the idiot that programs it! i ordered some bushing for the rockshaft lift arms for a ford 4000 and three times they got the wrong part. finially had to measure the old bushings and take them to the parts dept and show them what i wanted. finially got them after several weeks. do other dealers have screwups like this? i guess it does not matter that the small farmer is losing money everyday while someone else is scratching their head ( or?) trying to figger out what went wrong in the system. just lettin' off a little steam.
