BOBCAT 743 Hard To Start Cold

Hello Everyone, I bought a Bobcat 743 skidsteer loader last spring and it is getting hard to start when the engine is cold or it has sat overnight in warm temps, I tested each glow plug with a ohm meter and the all read the same and if you don't use the glow plugs it will not even fire (I hold them on for 30-90 seconds depending on temp)
The fuel tank is above the injector pump so I don't think it can bleed back and there are no signs of any fuel leaks,
When it does start it runs on 2 or 3 cylinders and smokes blue for 10 seconds or so then picks up the other cylinders and will run good he rest of the day even when shut off for 4 hours it will start right up again without all the smoke and missing, Are the injectors bad or is it more serious? Anyone else gone through this with a Kubota engine?
