It's based in Italy, and is now owned by ARGO. (ARGO owns Valpadana, McCormick and Laverda). AGCO used to own about 5% of the company, but sold out. AGCO also used to distribute Landini in the USA, then AM Jawa, now Landini. Landini build some tractors for Massey, still, and the TCE series for New Holland.
