Intl 1066 - thinking of buying

I sure could use a little help/info from those of you who are knowledgeable about an International 1066 model. I found one that would fit my needs for a decent price but it has a few bugs that need worked out. First, what do you think in general about this tractor? Lots of problems or inherent weaknesses with them? It has a cab but the air doesn't work right now- very clean and everything is there. I would not have to work on the airconditioner immediately but a couple of things I might want to adress: This is coming from the seller over the phone: #1 The power steering shaft front seal needs replaced- it leaks a little he said. How hard is this to replace? #2 The hand primer need a new kit as it too leaks a little he said. # 3 and most importnat to me is he said the believed the transmission was sound, but that in low range there was a clicking sound that he thougth was caused by the linkage not being adjusted properly, but in high range all gears run smoothly.... I'm a little suspicious of this but I need some help knowing what to look for and knowing if there is more to the story be fore I go check it out firsthand. Any help out there?
Thanks a million in advance!
