Stuff at the gas station should be the same as
delivered to your bulk tank. Only diff is you
might be getting #2 at the farm, & a blend in
winter at the service station - which you want
for winter use.

I add some Power Service to my #2, blend in
some #1 if it's a real cold spell. But I only get
#2 in bulk. Wouldn't think twice about using
the stuff from the service station tho.

And I would apply for the refund, keep your
reciepts.
