Hydraulics an posted by pudding on April 23, 2004 at 01:11:17: i forgot that you probably don't know about the filters on the backend of that tractor i think the back end is similar to the 2-62.....of which i have a manual for the first filter is the hydraulic magnet filter if you lift the seat under there is a round washer thing with a little bolt in the top....unscrew that and lift it out, will bring the magnet out, and the filter will surround that check and clean that every 100 hours second filter is under left foot plate.....just infront of the long bolt that holds the drawbar assembly it has 3 cap screws holding a plate.....remove it......remove the o ring, and spring and the filter, wash in solvent and dry like the other one......every 300 hours only difference is i think you have to drain the transmission to change that one it holds 37 quarts (i could be wrong thou!....tranny oil should be replaced every 1000hours).....fill plug is by the gear lever each trumpet housing in the backend holds 8.5 quarts ea...... now the pto is adjustable also by removing the little cover under thesteering wheel on top of the transmission......... you will see a rod with two knuckles and retaining nuts on it if the pto turns in the off position ...... to adjust you place in off position, loosen retaining nuts on adjusting rod and turn rod until off position is obatined now power steering also has a reservior.....up the front right of the engine, under the panel, the check plug is half way down...there is also a filter in the bottom of the reserviour that needs 300 hour servicing laters pudding ps. spent my child hood on ieski's, mostly the 7000 (2-65) and the SX 75 (update of the 2-65)
