I've built an upright stack for it because I didn't enjoy the extra heat on my foot while plowing nor seeing corn stubble glowing ready to ignite from the hot pipe brushing against it. In an orchard with tall grass, igniting the grass would make me wish for the upright pipe that I now have. If limbs were a problem, I'd think of a low but upright exhaust for orchard mowing, then the tall stack for everything else. Gerald J.
