Deutz PTO runs continuously

Does anyone know which Deutz models around 85 to 110HP have got a gear or coupling to disconnect the PTO? Or which models do NOT?
I have just acquired a second hand DX85 but there is no way (except for the clutch) to disconnect the PTO.
The dealer explains that the PTO must run all the time for lube purposes... that I understand, but I am not keen to operate year in and year out with the clutch disengaged (handle up) because it is unsafe and wears thrust bearing and I have got to do clutch right now.
Was this a design omission or a stupid attempt at cost saving by some marketing person?
I like my tractor but for this so now I am hell bent on finding a similar Deutz but this time with a gear/uncoupler on the PTO.
Can anyone help please?
