Help on skid steer purchase

I'm looking at buying a Thomas 135-S skid steer and I haven't been able to find any kind of pricing guide except for just shopping around.

It is a 1999 Thomas 135-S with 1300 hours on it for $9000 from a private party. This seems like a pretty good deal but I wanted to get some feedback from people who are more expierenced than myself.

Also, any feedback on Thomas skid steer quality and reputation would also be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike
