Kubota L345DT hydraulic troubles

I have a L345DT with a Dunham-Lehr FEL. After many years of excellent service, it decided to take a dump so to speak. The three point lift will work great and is strong, however, when it has a load on it, such as a bushog, the loader gets super slow. If you put the loader in the draft position (which used to allow it to float in the down position) then raise the rear implement, the loader also raises. Seems as if some sort of bypass valve is stuck? It acted this way once before and the problem was a loose plug screw that seperates the in and out side of the block that the loader hoses attach to under the left side of the seat (not this time, it's still snug). Does anyone know of a cure?
