Is the 7600 & 7610 not very different to the 7700, 6700.

The 7600/7610 seems to be based on a similar design to the Ford 4000, or at least has a lot in common.

The 6700/7700 on the other hand looks like a small 8100 or 8210, i.e. a much heavier tractor.

So while a 7600 is more powerful than a 6700 it is not as 'strong' a tractor? Having said that I cant imagine breaking a 7600 too easily.

Having said that Engines on large Fords need looking after, and from my experience with 6610's & 7610's it is most likely you will be replacing it at some stage!
