In Texas Ag things are exempt. 2. Most intersate commerce is state tax free unless the seller has an office/dealership in your state. Then it is an intrastate (not interstate) transaction and there could be sales tax. But again, in TX regardless, Ag things are exempt. Forms may be on the www under the states offices (www.statexyz.gov) sort of thing. Mark
