It should be a steped bolt with a nut towards the axle housing. I generally back the nut off some, and then get a piece of bar or square stock 6-10' long and try to pry on it, GENTLY. If that doesn't move it, then determine where it is stuck, either in the arm itself or the axle housing. Whichever place it is seized gets the heat. Don't be scared to make it glow a bit, dull not cherry. Just try NOT to direct any more heat that necessary UP into the body of the axle housing. This should be sufficient to free it. Just keep using the bar to work it out. Just don't jurk it or you could snap something. HTH.
